TOTAL Group, formerly known as MSK Associates, has been providing the following services to its 'blue chip' clients from its base in Melksham, Wiltshire since 1989:

Our 22 multi-discipline engineers provide nationwide coverage across the UK. Most of these engineers have been trained by the leading brands of catering equipment manufacturers and have an average professional experience exceeding 15 years.
This enables TOTAL Group to provide a one stop shop and to continue to offer an 80% first visit fix rate.
All our engineers use PDAs to communicate in real time with our on-line management systems and are GPS tracked to ensure faster support for our clients.
